Chef Bartô began the success of Braccia with thin crust pizza in Pernambuco, Brazil, where he opened his first restaurant, beginning the delicious mix of Brazil and Italy, becoming a great success in the region.
In 2015, the chef decided to start a new challenge for his life with two friends, Hugo and Eduardo: Bring his cooking skills to Winter Park, Florida. Which introduced new recipes to the Americans and get them used to a new way of italian cuisine.
Braccia is different from the cutlery to decoration, in addition to being a full Italian restaurant, with pastas, pizzas, risottos, meat, seafood and delicious desserts originally made by the Chef.
